Since the celebration of the agreement in 1999, the Association of Argentine Components Manufacturers (AFAC) and Messe Frankfurt Argentina have worked jointly to position Automechanika Buenos Aires as the leading exhibition for the spare part sector in South America. Currently, it is the referent event of the sector because it allows companies to have a unique space for presenting news and managing new business and commercial contacts.
AFAC
Represents the automotive part and component manufacturers which participate in the original equipment, replacement and export market. It is made up by 200 of the most important spare part companies of the country which are suppliers of the automotive industry and the replacement local and foreign market. It promotes the maximum integration of the automotive value chain and the development of a world class industry. Basically, its aim is to drive the development of associated companies integrally through the different actions and resources. Its activity is based in three fundamental pillars: representativity, information and promotion.
